Celebrate Setsubun, or Maslenitsa in the Ikigai Restaurant

Celebrate Setsubun, or Maslenitsa in the Ikigai Restaurant

Japan also celebrates the beginning of spring. It is called Setsubun.
During this holiday, they traditionally bake pancakes, as we do here, in Ukraine.
The difference between Japanese pancakes and ours – is that our pancakes are usually thin and can have different fillings. Japanese pancakes are puffy and very similar to griddlecakes.
The Ikigai Restaurant kindly invites you to try traditional puffy pancakes Hotto Keeki with green tea, berries or caramel from February 12-18.
Waiting for you!
